LYMPHOMA
Lymphoma is a cancer that affects the cells of the immune system, i.e. lymphocytes. Lymphoma is divided into two broad categories: Hodgkin lymphoma and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

Hodgkin lymphoma is distinguished by the presence of Reed-Sternberg cells, a cell derived from a B lymphocyte.

The non Hodgkin lymphoma is more common. The main types of lymphomas not hodgkiniens are B lymphomas and T lymphomas. LYMPHOMA CUTANEOUS T

Stage IVA: the skin of the body is covered in plates, cutaneous T lymphoma has spread to the lymph nodes.
Stage IVB: cutaneous T Lymphoma affects the whole of the skin, lymph nodes and has spread to other organs.
The main treatment for cutaneous T lymphoma is local chemotherapy applied in the form of ointment. It is associated with radiation therapy and immunotherapy.
