Symptoms of ganglion cancer


The lymph nodes, small glands surrounded by a tissue, are found throughout the human body as well as the lymphatic system. When they function normally, the lymph nodes filter the bacteria and toxins from the lymph in the body. When cancer attacks the lymphatic system, the lymph nodes suffer, and cancer patients may encounter one or more of the common symptoms. One of the first visible symptoms of lymph node cancer is the swelling of the individual lymph glands. In some parts of the body where the lymph nodes are near the surface of the skin, including the sides of the neck, the armpits and groin can be felt as bumps or enlarged humps that may or may not be painful at Touch.
